• Properties: airtight, moisture-resistant, puncture- and tear-resistant
• Transparency: clear for easy content identification

How to use

Place the food item into the bag with sufficient headspace for the sealing area, then position the open end in the vacuum sealer according to the sealer’s instructions. Activate the vacuum and sealing cycle to extract air and form a secure seal. For sous vide cooking, ensure the bag is fully sealed and free of air pockets before immersion. After sealing, label the bag with contents and date for inventory management.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid sharp bones or edges that can pierce the bag; wrap such items in protective layers before sealing. When freezing liquids, pre-freeze in a tray to a solid state or leave extra headspace to accommodate expansion. Follow the vacuum sealer manufacturer’s instructions for bag placement and maintenance to ensure consistent seals and long-term performance.
