Tyhjiöpakastuspussit Severin ZB 3615

The Severin ZB 3615 vacuum sealer bag is designed to extend the shelf life of food by providing airtight storage that prevents freezer burn and reduces oxidation. Made from transparent material, the bag allows immediate visibility of contents and is compatible with Severin vacuum sealers for reliable sealing. With dimensions of 300 mm width and 400 mm depth, it is suitable for portioning meat, fish, vegetables, and prepared meals for refrigeration, freezing or sous-vide cooking.

Advantages

The vacuum sealer bag offers a consistent airtight seal that helps preserve texture and flavor while minimizing waste. Its transparent construction simplifies identification of stored items without opening the bag. The flat, rectangular shape and specified dimensions make it easy to store inside refrigerators and freezers and to fit standard vacuum sealer channels. The bag is suitable for wet and dry foods and supports sous-vide preparation by maintaining a stable, water-resistant barrier.

Suitable for

• Vacuum sealing portions of meat, poultry and fish for freezing
• Storing vegetables and fruits to extend freshness
• Packaging marinated foods and sous-vide cooking pouches
• Preserving prepared meals and leftovers

Key specifications

• Color: transparent for clear content visibility
• Width: 300 mm
• Depth/length: 400 mm

How to use

Place food items in the bag without overfilling and leave sufficient headspace at the open end for proper placement in the sealer. Remove excess air using a compatible Severin vacuum sealer according to the machine's instructions, then complete the heat-seal cycle to close the bag. For sous-vide cooking, ensure the bag is fully sealed and check for leaks before immersion. Label the bag with date and contents before storage to track shelf life.

Recommendations

For best results, portion food into sizes appropriate for consumption to avoid repeated resealing. Blot excess moisture from wet ingredients to improve sealing performance. When freezing, lay sealed bags flat until frozen to save space and improve thawing. Use bags specifically for sous-vide that are rated for the intended cooking temperature and avoid direct contact with open flames or heating elements.
