S-Video-kaapeli ROLINE 11.99.4363 3 m musta

The ROLINE S-video cable ROLINE 11.99.4363 3m Black is a 3-metre analog video cable with 4-pin S-Video connectors at both ends. Designed to transmit luminance and chrominance signals separately, this cable helps maintain image clarity when connecting legacy video equipment such as DVD players, VCRs, projectors and older TVs. The black durable jacket offers mechanical protection and flexible handling for installation behind AV furniture or in home entertainment setups.

Advantages

This S-Video cable separates brightness and color signals for improved picture definition compared with composite connections. With a 3 m length it provides sufficient reach for typical living-room and home-theatre arrangements while keeping a neat cable run. The molded connectors ensure stable plug fit and reduce the risk of accidental disconnection. The cable jacket is designed to resist normal wear from installation and movement.

Suitable for

• Connecting DVD players to TVs or projectors
• Linking retro game consoles and VCRs to display devices
• Temporary or fixed AV installations where analog S-Video is required
• Home entertainment setups that separate luminance and chrominance signals

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3 m
• Connector type (both ends): S-Video 4-pin
• Colour: Black
• Signal type: Analog video (separate luminance and chrominance)
• Construction: Molded connector ends with protective jacket

How to use

Align the 4-pin S-Video plug with the socket on each device and insert gently until the connector seats securely. Use one end on the source device (for example, a DVD player or console) and the other end on the display device (TV or projector). Avoid forcing the connector into the socket; if alignment feels tight, check pin orientation and reattempt insertion. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching, and secure with cable ties or clips if needed to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

For best results, use the S-Video connection when both source and display support the interface; avoid running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines to reduce interference. If you need higher-resolution digital video, consider using HDMI or other digital interfaces where available. Store the cable coiled loosely and avoid kinking to preserve longevity.
