The Triton 19" Rack 22U/600x800 with glass door is a freestanding steel cabinet designed for data and telecommunication installations. Built for durability and heavy load capacity, the cabinet provides a neat appearance and secure housing for servers and networking equipment. The rack includes adjustable 19" mounting rails, removable side and rear panels, cable entry points with larger square openings (333 cm²), ventilated top and base sections and a lockable hinged front door with safety glass.

Advantages

This freestanding rack supports heavy loads and offers flexible mounting thanks to vertically adjustable 19" rails and the option for additional 21"/off-centre configurations on 800 mm wide models. It features multiple cable entry points with breakout blanking panels, brush strip protection against dust ingress, provisions for fan units and a 3D top cover for airflow management. Removable panels, key-operated locks and an earthing system simplify installation and maintenance while maintaining security.

How to use

Position the freestanding rack on a stable, level surface and adjust the levelling feet for stability. Fit the vertical 19" mounting rails to the required depth and, for 800 mm wide cabinets, adjust rail position laterally if a 21" or off-centre arrangement is required. Install equipment using the provided mounting hardware and secure the hinged front door and removable side/rear panels after cabling. Use the designated cable entry points and breakout panels to route cables, and install brush strips where needed to reduce dust ingress. If additional ventilation is required, mount fan units in the top or base openings under the supplied 3D cover.

Recommendations

For safe operation and optimal lifespan, observe equipment load limits, ensure proper earthing, maintain clear airflow paths and follow local safety regulations when installing power and cooling systems. Regularly inspect locks, seals and ventilation openings and keep cable entries organized to avoid obstruction of airflow.
