Värinauha Zebra 1 rulla TT-värinauha 110 mm 450 m 12/kartonki

The Zebra 1 Roll TT Ribbon is a thermal transfer wax ribbon designed for high-quality barcode and label printing. With a width of 110 mm and a length of 450 m, this ribbon delivers clear, consistent prints on coated and uncoated labels and tags while requiring low printhead energy, which supports high-speed printing up to 12 inches per second. It is compatible with a range of Zebra printers including models 105S, 105Se and 110XiIIIPlus.

Advantages

This thermal transfer formulation produces excellent print density for normal and rotated barcodes and text on various label materials. The ribbon's low energy transfer requirement reduces wear on printheads and enables reliable image transfer at high printing speeds. Its standard 2.5 cm core and 110 mm width make it easy to load in compatible printers.

Suitable for

• Printing barcodes on coated labels
• Printing barcodes on uncoated labels
• High-speed label production (up to 12 in/s)
• Rotated barcode and text printing

How to use

Install the ribbon onto a compatible thermal transfer printer following the printer manufacturer's loading instructions, ensuring the ribbon is oriented for thermal transfer (ink side toward the label). Set printer settings for wax ribbon and the specific label material to achieve optimal print density. For rotated barcodes, verify orientation settings in the label design software before printing.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use the ribbon with compatible coated or uncoated labels and perform regular printhead maintenance. Adjust printer energy and speed settings to balance print quality and throughput, especially at higher speeds.
