Vastaanotinkotelo Omnitronic DAD-4RX — 4-kanavainen runko MOM/DAD-moduuleille

Omnitronic DAD-4RX is a 4-channel receiver housing designed to hold MOM and DAD modular receiver units in a compact chassis. The unit provides organized mounting for up to four modules and integrates the required mechanical support, power distribution and signal routing to simplify installation and operation in live sound and fixed AV installations. The metal housing is intended to be rack-mountable or used as a compact desktop enclosure depending on the setup, offering a neat solution for technicians who deploy multiple wireless receiver modules.

Advantages

The chassis centralizes up to four receiver modules into a single, serviceable unit that reduces cable clutter and streamlines connectivity. Built from robust materials, it offers secure module retention and consistent power delivery to installed receivers. Accessible front and rear panel openings make module insertion and signal connections straightforward, while a compact footprint saves rack space compared with separate housings for each receiver. The design supports neat cable routing and easier maintenance during events or in installed systems.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the chassis in a suitable rack space or place it on a stable surface. Insert compatible MOM or DAD receiver modules into the module slots until they engage the retention guides. Connect a compatible power source to the housing according to the manufacturer’s wiring requirements and route antenna and audio cables through the rear panel openings. Secure all connections and verify that each module receives power and signal. For maintenance, remove individual modules by reversing insertion, observing ESD precautions and powering down the unit if required.

Recommendations

Place the enclosure where ventilation is adequate and avoid obstructing panel openings. Use the chassis with manufacturer-approved MOM or DAD modules and a suitable power source to ensure reliable operation. For installations with multiple antennaed receivers, plan antenna placement and cabling to minimise interference and ensure stable RF performance.
