Verkkokaapeli ACT Industrial 3,00 m RJ45-uros RJ45-urokseen Cat6A, musta sininen

The ACT Industrial Network Cable 3.00m RJ45 Male to RJ45 Male Cat6A is a shielded Superflex SF/UTP TPE cable designed for industrial data connections. It features overmoulded TPE RJ45 connectors with IP67 degree of protection and AWG26 stranded conductors (28 strands per core) to increase flexibility compared with standard AWG24/7 patch cables. The cable supports Cat6A transmission and is supplied in a black and blue finish with gold-plated contacts for reliable conductivity.

Advantages

The TPE sheath and overmoulded TPE connectors provide high mechanical resistance and protection against movement in drag chains, while IP67 protection helps prevent ingress of dust and water in harsh environments. The Superflex SF/UTP construction with 28-strand AWG26 cores increases flexibility for installations requiring frequent bending or limited routing space. Shielding and gold-plated contacts reduce interference and maintain stable signal transmission for Cat6A performance.

How to use

Connect one RJ45 male connector to the network port of the device and the other RJ45 male connector to the corresponding switch, router or another device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages. For industrial installations, route the cable to avoid sharp edges and secure it within cable trays or chains to prevent excessive strain on the connectors. Verify link status on connected devices after installation.

Recommendations

Use the cable in environments where mechanical flexibility and protection against dust and moisture are required; avoid excessive tensile force and repeated sharp bending beyond manufacturer guidelines to preserve shielding and connector integrity.
