Verkkokaapeli ACT Industrial 5,00 m RJ45-uros RJ45-urokseen Cat6A, musta sininen

The ACT Industrial 5.00m RJ45 Male to RJ45 Male Cat6A cable is a straight-through Profinet network cable designed for industrial environments. It features overmoulded TPE RJ45 connectors with IP67 protection and a Superflex SF/UTP construction. Each conductor consists of 28 copper strands forming an AWG26 diameter, providing greater flexibility than standard AWG24/7 patch cables while maintaining Cat6A performance for high-speed data transmission. The cable is available in black and blue and measures 5 m in length.

Advantages

The TPE sheath and overmoulded TPE connectors increase resistance to mechanical stress and enable use in moving cable chains. SF/UTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for stable signal integrity. The fine-stranded (28 strands per conductor) AWG26 build offers enhanced flexibility compared with typical AWG24/7 cables, facilitating installation in confined or dynamic setups. IP67-rated connectors provide dust and water protection for harsh industrial conditions.

How to use

Connect each RJ45 male plug to the corresponding RJ45 port on network devices such as switches, PLCs or industrial controllers. Ensure connectors are fully seated and, where applicable, secure the overmoulded ends in device housings or couplers to maintain IP67 protection. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends; the fine-stranded construction allows tighter bend radii than standard solid-core cables but follow device and installation guidelines for minimum bend radius.

Recommendations

For optimal longevity in moving applications, regularly inspect the TPE sheath and connectors for wear. Use the cable within manufacturer-specified temperature and mechanical load ranges and avoid excessive tensile stress. For permanent outdoor exposure, verify compatibility with local environmental conditions despite the IP67-rated connectors.
