Verkkokaapeli Equip Cat.6A F/FTP ohut verkkokaapeli RJ-45 2 m beige

The equip Cat.6A F/FTP Slim Patch Cable is a high-performance 2 m network cable designed for 10GBase-T applications. Its slim construction has a reduced diameter compared with standard Cat.6A cables, allowing easier routing and denser cable management in data centers, telecom rooms and other high-density installations. The cable features RJ-45 connectors with gold plating and F/FTP shielding to minimise interference and support data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s.

Advantages

The slim design reduces the required space in cable trays and racks while maintaining Cat.6A performance and shielding. F/FTP construction provides improved protection against crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and stable signal transmission. At 2 m length and 0.07 kg weight, the cable is easy to handle and install in confined spaces.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T network connections
• High-density cable installations in data centres and telecom rooms
• Patch panels, switches and server connections
• Environments requiring reduced cable bulk and neat cable management

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device (switch, router or server) and the other to the corresponding port on your patch panel or endpoint. Route the slim cable through cable management trays or tie-down points to maintain an organised layout. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and latched to establish a stable link. For optimal performance, avoid excessive bending near the connector and keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference despite its shielding.

Recommendations

Use this Cat.6A F/FTP slim patch cable when you need 10G connectivity in limited space. For best results in high-density racks, combine slim patch cables with appropriate cable management accessories and avoid sharp bends or kinks to preserve signal integrity.
