Verkkokaapeli Gembird PP6U-20M Cat6 U/UTP 20 m RJ-45 harmaa

The Gembird PP6U-20M RJ-45 Cat6 networking cable is a 20-meter grey patch cable built to support reliable wired Ethernet connections. It conforms to the Cat6 specification, uses RJ-45 connectors on both ends and features U/UTP shielding to reduce external interference. Gold-plated contacts improve contact durability and electrical conductivity for stable data transmission.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable provides consistent gigabit-capable performance over its 20 m length while the U-UTP (U/UTP) shielding helps minimise crosstalk and electromagnetic interference in typical office and home environments. The RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts ensure low-resistance connections and improved longevity compared with unplated contacts. The grey jacket offers a neutral appearance suitable for a variety of installations.

How to use

Route the cable between network devices and plug the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports until they click into place. Avoid tight bends and excessive pulling; maintain a bend radius appropriate for Ethernet cables and keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference when possible. For best performance, verify link speed and duplex settings on connected devices after installation.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 cable for typical LAN connections up to 20 m. For runs longer than 20 m or environments with high electromagnetic interference, consider a shielded cable with additional screening or use structured cabling practices to preserve signal quality.
