Verkkokaapeli Goobay 95482 Cat6 S/FTP 10m sininen

The Goobay 95482 Cat6 S/FTP networking cable is a 10 m blue cable designed for reliable wired network connections in home and office environments. It meets Cat6 standards and uses S/FTP shielding to reduce interference, while gold-plated RJ-45 plugs ensure consistent contact and stable data transmission up to 1000 Mbit/s.

Advantages

High-quality inner conductors and robust sheathing provide signal integrity and mechanical durability. S/FTP shielding (foil over individual pairs plus overall braid) minimizes crosstalk and electromagnetic interference. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors offer corrosion resistance and reliable mating with network ports. The 10 m length and blue color make it practical for flexible installation and easy identification.

Suitable for

• Wired LAN connections for desktop PCs and workstations
• Connecting routers, switches and modems in home or small office networks
• Patch cabling in server rooms or network cabinets where Cat6 performance is required

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the RJ-45 port of your network device (router, switch, modem or computer) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully seated until they click to establish a stable physical connection. For best performance, avoid tight bends and kinks in the cable and keep it clear of strong sources of electromagnetic interference such as unshielded power cables.

Recommendations

For optimal network performance, use the Goobay 95482 as part of a structured cabling setup compliant with Cat6 cabling practices. Replace cables that show visible damage and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce interference.
