Verkkokaapeli Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 20 m musta

The Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 20m Black networking cable is a 20-meter Ethernet patch cable designed for reliable high-speed data transmission in structured cabling and device-to-device connections. Built with S/FTP shielding (overall braid with individually foil-shielded pairs) and standard RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this black CAT6 cable supports Gigabit Ethernet and is intended for environments that require reduced electromagnetic interference and stable network performance.

Advantages

The S/FTP (PIMF) construction provides effective protection against crosstalk and external interference, contributing to consistent signal quality over the full 20 m length. The cable conforms to 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology, enabling Gigabit speeds where supported by network equipment. Standard RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with switches, routers, patch panels and network devices without the need for adapters. The black outer jacket offers a neutral appearance suitable for visible installations and helps identify cable runs.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in offices or homes
• Patch panel to switch connections in server rooms and network cabinets
• Workstation and multimedia device connections requiring Gigabit throughput

Key specifications

• Length: 20 m
• Shielding type: S/FTP (overall braid plus individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network port of your switch, router or patch panel and the other RJ-45 connector to the target device such as a PC, NAS or media player. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks and route the cable to avoid sharp bends or compression. For rack-mounted environments, use cable management accessories to maintain bend radius and reduce strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as unshielded power lines and large transformers. Avoid tight coils and extreme bends; maintain the recommended bend radius for Cat6 cabling. Verify link speed and duplex settings on connected devices when establishing Gigabit connections.
