Verkkokaapeli LogiLink 2 m Cat.6 S/FTP

LogiLink 2m Cat.6 S/FTP patch cable in white provides a shielded, high-performance connection for network devices. The cable uses S/FTP (shielded with foil around each pair and an overall braid) construction, AWG 27/7 bare copper conductors and RJ45 connectors on both ends. The LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) jacket and compliance with ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288 and TIA/EIA 568-B.2-1 standards make it suitable for structured cabling and environment-conscious installations.

Advantages

The S/FTP PIMF design reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving signal integrity for Gigabit Ethernet and other high-speed applications. Bare copper conductors (AWG 27/7) ensure reliable conductivity. The LSZH jacket minimizes harmful smoke and halogen emissions in case of fire. Compact 2.00 m length and standard RJ45 connectors make the cable easy to deploy in patch panels, wall sockets and device connections.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers within office or home networks
• Patching between patch panels and network equipment in racks
• Short- to medium-length connections for Gigabit Ethernet and VoIP
• Installations requiring low-smoke, zero-halogen cabling

Key specifications

• Length: 2.00 m
• Cable category: Cat.6
• Shielding: S/FTP (PIMF) — foil around each pair + overall braid
• Conductor: Bare copper, AWG 27/7
• Connectors: RJ45 — both ends
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Standards: ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288, TIA/EIA 568-B.2-1
• Colour: White
• Weight: approx. 60 g

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to your network device (PC, switch, router) and the other plug to the target port, patch panel or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until a click is felt. Route the cable without tight bends and avoid running it parallel and close to strong electrical sources to maintain shielding effectiveness. For rack installations, use cable management to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

Use this Cat.6 S/FTP patch cable for Gigabit Ethernet and other high-speed LAN links up to typical Cat6 performance limits; avoid exceeding bend radius and keep the cable away from sources of strong EMI for optimal performance.
