Verkkokaapeli LogiLink 2 m RJ-45 Cat7 harmaa

LogiLink 2m RJ-45 Cat7 Grey is a 2-metre S/FTP networking cable designed for high-speed data transmission up to Cat.7 standard. The cable uses AWG 26/7 copper conductors with individual pairs wrapped in metal foil and an overall S/FTP shielding. Both ends feature Cat.6 RJ45 plugs with 50 µ gold-plated contacts and a LSZH halogen-free jacket, compliant with ISO/IEC11801, EN50173-1 and TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction with foil-shielded pairs and an overall shield reduces crosstalk and electromagnetic interference, supporting up to 600 MHz and 10 Gigabit raw cable capability. Gold-plated 50 µ contacts improve conductivity and reduce signal loss at the RJ-45 connectors. The LSZH halogen-free jacket minimizes smoke and toxic gas emissions in case of fire and is suitable for installations in enclosed or public spaces.

Suitable for

• High-speed local area network (LAN) connections
• 10 Gigabit Ethernet links within short runs
• Wired connections between routers, switches, PCs and networked devices
• Office and home network installations where low-smoke cable is required

Key specifications

• Cable standard: Cat.7, 600 MHz, 10 Gigabit raw cable
• Conductor: AWG 26/7 copper (Cu)
• Shielding: S/FTP (pairs in metal foil + overall shield)
• Connectors: RJ-45 (Cat.6 style) with 50 µ gold plating
• Jacket: LSZH (halogen free)
• Standards: ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173-1, TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1
• Length: 2 m
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 plug to the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices, such as routers, switches, computers or networked equipment. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the clip locks to secure a stable connection. For best performance keep cable runs within recommended lengths for the environment and avoid sharp bends, kinks or tight bundling with power cables.

Recommendations

For optimal signal integrity, avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power lines and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use the 2 m length for short-distance links and select longer Cat7 S/FTP cables from the same family when extending runs. Verify device compatibility with Cat.7 or Cat.6A specifications when deploying 10 Gbps links.
