Verkkokaapeli LogiLink CQ3112S RJ-45 Cat6a 20 m harmaa

The LogiLink CQ3112S RJ-45 Cat6a 20 m Grey is a shielded network cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections over longer distances. Built to Cat6a specifications with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 terminations on both ends, the cable supports reliable data transmission while reducing crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. Its 20 m length and neutral grey jacket make it suitable for structured cabling runs in homes, offices, and small server rooms where clear signal integrity is required.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding construction provides improved protection against external noise and pair-to-pair crosstalk compared with unshielded cables, helping maintain higher throughput and signal quality. Cat6a specification ensures support for higher frequencies and 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections at copper distances specified for this class. Standard RJ-45 connectors allow straightforward connection to network switches, routers, patch panels and network interfaces without adapters. The grey outer jacket offers a neutral appearance that blends into most environments and is durable enough for typical indoor installations.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet links within the specified distance limits
• Patch panel to switch or switch-to-workstation cabling
• Home and office LAN installations requiring reduced EMI
• Structured cabling where a 20 meter length is appropriate

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Length: 20 m
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Route the LogiLink Cat6a cable between network devices ensuring minimal bending and avoiding tight loops; maintain the manufacturer recommended minimum bend radius. Plug the RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of a switch, router, patch panel or network device until it clicks into place. For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power lines or large electrical equipment to minimise interference. When installing in structured cabling, label both ends for easy identification.

Recommendations

For optimal signal integrity, use this shielded Cat6a cable in installations that benefit from EMI protection and support 10 Gbps Ethernet over copper where 20 m cable runs are required. Confirm device port compatibility with RJ-45 connectors and keep installation routes tidy to maintain consistent network performance.
