Verkkokaapeli S/CONN RJ45-RJ45 uros-uros 30 m ShiverPeaks

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN RJ45-RJ45 m-m 30m is a 30-metre Cat7 Ethernet cable with S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors. Designed for reliable high-speed data transmission, the cable reduces crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference while providing secure connector contacts. Its grey jacket offers a neutral look suitable for home networking, office installations, server rooms and structured cabling setups.

Advantages

This Cat7 S/FTP cable delivers stable performance for gigabit and multi-gigabit networks by combining individually shielded pairs with an overall foil shield to minimize signal degradation. Gold-plated RJ45 plugs improve contact reliability and resist corrosion for prolonged use. The 30 m length provides reach for longer runs without intermediate patch panels, and the flexible jacket facilitates routing through cable channels and behind furniture.

Suitable for

• Wired LAN connections for desktop computers and workstations
• Connections between switches, routers and networked storage (NAS)
• Home and office high-speed internet access
• Audio/video streaming and gaming systems requiring stable throughput
• Structured cabling in small server rooms and cabinets

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 male to RJ-45 male, gold-plated contacts
• Length: 30 m
• Jacket colour: Grey
• Conductor arrangement: Twisted pairs

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector firmly into the network port of your device and the other connector into the corresponding port on your router, switch or modem. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. For optimal signal quality avoid sharp bends and excessive tension along the cable; maintain a bend radius consistent with common Ethernet cabling practice. If routing through ceilings, walls or conduit, use appropriate installation techniques and comply with local building and safety codes.

Recommendations

For best results, use this Cat7 S/FTP cable in environments with potential electromagnetic interference (near power lines, fluorescent lighting or other electronic equipment). Keep connectors clean and store the cable coiled without tight kinks when not in use. For permanent installations, verify compatibility with existing network hardware and test link speed after installation.
