Verkkosovitin Keystone-kehys ShiverPeaks 08-10105 metallinen Keystone-insertti paneeliasennukseen

The ShiverPeaks Network Adapter Keystone Mount 08-10105 is a metal panel-mount keystone insert designed to provide a single, secure opening for modular network jacks or couplers. It integrates into equipment panels, faceplates and custom enclosures to create a tidy, durable interface for Ethernet and AV modules. The metal construction and panel-mount form factor ensure stable retention of a keystone module and a professional finish for racks, patch panels and wall plates.

Advantages

This metal keystone adapter offers robust mechanical stability and a precise fit for standard keystone-format modules. Its panel-mount design prevents movement or dislodging of connected jacks, while the metal material improves grounding and long-term durability compared with plastic inserts. The single-port format simplifies installation in custom panels and faceplates and provides a clean front appearance for network and audiovisual installations.

Suitable for

• Mounting a single Ethernet or RJ45 keystone jack in metal equipment panels
• Creating a modular AV or data connection on rack panels and wall plates
• Custom enclosures and cooling or screened cabinets where panel grounding is required
• Replacement of worn or damaged keystone inserts in metal faceplates

Key specifications

• Form factor: single keystone opening for modular jacks or couplers
• Mount type: metal panel-mount insert for installation into equipment panels or faceplates
• Material: metal construction for improved durability and grounding
• Compatibility: accepts standard keystone-format network and AV modules
• Finish: designed for a flush, professional appearance on panel surfaces

How to use

Prepare the panel or faceplate cutout to the dimensions required for a single keystone opening, then insert the metal adapter from the front or rear as appropriate for your panel design. Secure the adapter according to the panel’s retention method (snap-fit or fastening hardware) so the insert sits flush with the panel surface. Snap or slide a standard keystone jack or coupler into the adapter until it locks in place, then terminate and test the connected cable following normal wiring and testing procedures for network or AV installations.

Recommendations

Use this metal panel-mount keystone insert when mechanical stability, panel grounding and a professional finish are required. Ensure module compatibility with standard keystone dimensions and follow correct panel cutout and grounding practices during installation. For laboratory or industrial environments, verify that the chosen keystone jack meets the necessary environmental and electrical specifications.
