Rittal SV 9342.000 busbar support holder set of 4 provides stable mechanical support and precise positioning for busbars inside electrical enclosures and distribution cabinets. Designed for mounting conductors in industrial and commercial electrical panels, this set helps maintain clearance, alignment and insulation distance between busbars and enclosure surfaces. The holders are supplied as a matched set of four components to simplify installation of multi-phase or multi-rail busbar arrangements.

Advantages

The holders are engineered to ensure consistent spacing and reliable mechanical fixation of busbars, reducing the need for ad hoc supports or insulation adjustments. Their compatibility with standard enclosure mounting geometries and robust construction contributes to easier installation and lower maintenance effort. By keeping busbars securely positioned, the support holders help reduce vibration and mechanical stress on connections.

How to use

Install the holders at the planned mounting points inside the enclosure, aligning them to the required busbar spacing. Secure each holder according to the enclosure’s mounting method and then place the busbar into the supports, verifying correct alignment and clearance. Tighten any fastenings to the recommended torque for the enclosure hardware and ensure that insulating clearances and electrical safety requirements are met before energizing the system.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility with the specific busbar cross-section and enclosure mounting scheme prior to installation. Follow applicable electrical installation standards and safety practices, use appropriate personal protective equipment during assembly, and perform a final inspection of mechanical and electrical clearances before commissioning.
