Voltcraft MSL-503 mittausjohto, 4 mm pistoke, pituus 1,14 m, musta/punainen

Voltcraft MSL-503 test lead set comprises two insulated leads in black and red with 4 mm banana-style connectors and a total length of 1.14 m. The leads are intended for general electrical measurements and test setups, offering compatibility with multimeters, power supplies and laboratory or workshop equipment that accept standard 4 mm connectors. Insulated housings and flexible cable construction facilitate routine bench work, diagnostics and educational experiments where secure, low-resistance connections are required.

Advantages

The set provides color-coded polarity identification and standard 4 mm connector compatibility for broad equipment support. Flexible, insulated cables reduce strain and improve handling during measurements. The 1.14 m length offers sufficient reach for bench work without excess slack, while the banana-style terminations ensure reliable contact with sockets, clamps and test jacks. Materials are selected for normal workshop use and everyday diagnostic tasks.

Suitable for

• Multimeter measurements (voltage, current, resistance) with 4 mm input sockets
• Connecting bench power supplies to circuits and prototypes
• Educational labs and classroom electronics experiments
• General diagnostics and continuity tests in workshops

Key specifications

• Connector type: 4 mm banana-style insulated plugs
• Cable length: 1.14 m (per pair arrangement as supplied)
• Color: black and red for negative and positive identification
• Insulation: flexible PVC or similar material suitable for general-purpose use
• Contact design: insulated plug housings to reduce risk of accidental contact

How to use

Connect the red lead to the positive terminal of the instrument or power source and the black lead to the negative or common terminal. Insert the 4 mm plugs firmly into the device sockets or compatible jacks. Ensure connections are secure before applying power or taking measurements. For continuity and resistance checks, connect the leads to the test points with the power removed. After use, store the leads untangled and avoid sharp bends near the connector ends to prolong service life.

Recommendations

Inspect insulation and connector integrity regularly; do not use if the cable or plug housings are damaged. Use the leads within the voltage and current ratings of your measuring equipment and follow standard safety procedures when working with live circuits.
