WC-istuimen asennusavain KS TOOLS 123.0030 200 mm – työkalu wc-saranoille

Mounting key for WC seat by KS TOOLS is a compact metal tool 200 mm in length designed to install and tighten toilet seat hinges and fasteners. The tool gives access to recessed nuts and bolts commonly found under toilet bowls or inside hinge housings, facilitating replacement and maintenance of toilet seats in both domestic and professional sanitary tasks. Its slim profile and sturdy construction help reach confined mounting points without the need to remove surrounding fixtures.

Advantages

The KS TOOLS mounting key provides precise access to concealed fasteners with a 200 mm reach, reducing awkward hand positions and improving torque transfer compared to improvised tools. Its metal construction delivers durability and stable operation when tightening or loosening toilet seat bolts. The compact size allows storage in a toolbox and use in tight spaces, while the shaped tip interfaces with common toilet hinge nuts and clips to avoid slippage.

Suitable for

• Installation and replacement of toilet seats in residential bathrooms
• Maintenance and tightening of hinge fasteners in public or commercial washrooms
• Plumbing and sanitary service work where access to recessed nuts is required
• DIY household repairs involving toilet seat mounting

Key specifications

• Overall length: 200 mm
• Construction: metal tool designed for strength and durability
• Tip shape: formed to engage common toilet hinge nuts and fasteners
• Profile: slim, suitable for reaching recessed mounting points
• Application environment: suitable for household and professional sanitary use

How to use

Position the mounting key so the shaped tip engages the nut or fastener of the toilet seat hinge. Apply steady rotational force to tighten or loosen the fastener while holding the opposite side of the bolt as needed. Use the tool at a shallow angle to access nuts located inside hinge housings or under the rim; avoid excessive force that could damage plastic components. After adjustment, verify that the seat is securely fixed and that the hinge operates smoothly.

Recommendations

For safe and effective use, pair the mounting key with appropriate hand protection and ensure the toilet bowl area is clean and dry. Inspect plastic hinge parts before applying torque to avoid cracking; if fasteners are corroded or rounded, consider lubricating or replacing them before continued use.
