Keystone-moduuli RJ45 CAT 5e Goobay 95739

The Goobay Keystone Module RJ45 CAT 5e (WENTRONIC 95739) is a compact keystone insert designed for UTP network connections at up to 100 MHz. Its flat, white housing and standard keystone dimensions allow easy integration into modular faceplates, patch panels or custom wall outlets. The module provides a single RJ-45 jack (CAT 5e) in a slim 18.1 mm width, supplied as a pack of one.

Advantages

The keystone format supports standardized 14.9 × 17.0 mm module receptacles and snap-in installation, enabling quick, tool-light mounting and simple interchange with other keystone modules. The RJ45 CAT 5e interface offers reliable UTP connectivity for typical Ethernet and data applications, while the low-profile white body fits discreetly into common installation environments.

Suitable for

• Home and small office Ethernet wiring (100BASE-TX and similar)
• Modular wall plates and patch panels with keystone ports
• Retrofit and new-build network outlet installations

How to use

Terminate a UTP cable to the RJ-45 contacts according to the chosen wiring standard (T568A or T568B) using a compatible punch-down or crimp tool, if required by the module design. Insert the keystone module into a compatible faceplate or panel opening until it snaps into place. Verify network connectivity with a cable tester after installation.

Recommendations

Use this RJ45 CAT 5e keystone module for standard 100 MHz UTP installations; for higher-speed applications consider CAT 6 or CAT 6A keystone modules. Avoid excessive bending or strain on the cable near the connector and ensure consistent wiring standard at both ends of the link.
