Verkkokaapeli Goobay CAT 6 patch-kaapeli RJ-45 Cat6 0,25 m harmaa

The Goobay CAT 6 Patch Cable (0.25 m) is a short straight-through network cable designed for high-speed data transmission in home and office networks. It features S/FTP shielding to minimise electromagnetic interference and robust RJ-45 connectors with aluminium/copper contact plating for reliable signal transfer. The grey jacket provides a neutral appearance suitable for visible installations and patch panels.

Advantages

High-quality inner conductors and S/FTP shielding ensure stable, high-speed connections with reduced crosstalk and external interference. Precisely fitting RJ-45 plugs and durable contact plating contribute to long-term reliability. The compact 0.25 m length is convenient for connecting adjacent devices or short patching runs without cable excess.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches to patch panels in rack setups
• Short connections between routers, modems and nearby devices
• Desk or workstation patching where minimal cable slack is required

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into the corresponding port on a switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to guarantee a secure electrical and mechanical connection. Use this 0.25 m cable for short-distance links to avoid excess cable management requirements.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, route the cable away from strong EMI sources (large power supplies, fluorescent lighting) and avoid sharp bends or excessive tension. Use the 0.25 m length for close-proximity connections such as between adjacent ports or within patch panels to maintain tidy cabling.
