XSPC-sovitin G 1/4 tuuma 14 mm, kromi — 14 mm:n kierteinen sovitin nestecooleroinnin liittimille

The XSPC Adapter G 1/4" to 14mm in chrome is a thread adapter designed for PC liquid cooling systems. It converts a standard G1/4" male or female fitting to a 14mm threaded connection, enabling compatibility between common G1/4" components and parts or tubing that use a 14mm interface. The chrome finish provides a corrosion-resistant surface and a neutral metallic look that integrates with a wide range of cooling hardware.

Advantages

This adapter allows straightforward conversion between G1/4" fittings and 14mm threaded components without modifying existing parts. The metal construction offers mechanical strength for repeated assembly and disassembly, while the chrome plating improves surface durability and resistance to fluid exposure. Its compact form factor minimizes added bulk in tight loop layouts and keeps flow paths direct.

Suitable for

• Connecting radiators, reservoirs, and water blocks that require a 14mm threaded interface
• Adapting existing G1/4" fittings to custom tubing adapters or panel penetrations with 14mm threads
• Upgrading or modifying custom loop assemblies where mixed thread standards are used

Key specifications

• Interface: Converts G1/4" (male/female) to 14mm threaded connection
• Finish: Chrome plating for corrosion resistance
• Material: Metal construction for mechanical strength
• Form factor: Compact adapter suitable for tight loop configurations

How to use

Ensure system pressure is relieved and the loop is drained before installing the adapter. Screw the G1/4" side into the corresponding G1/4" port or fitting and tighten by hand first, then use an appropriate tool to secure it without over-torquing. Attach the 14mm threaded component or tubing adapter to the 14mm side and confirm a snug, leak-free connection. After installation, perform a pressure or leak test on the loop and monitor for leaks during initial operation.

Recommendations

Use with compatible thread seal methods where appropriate (PTFE tape or thread sealant rated for liquid cooling) and avoid excessive torque to protect threads and seals. Regularly inspect connections during maintenance intervals and ensure chrome surfaces are kept free of abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
