Call centers and customer service teams often need a supervisor or trainee to join a live call without disrupting the agent. The Yealink USB-Y Training Cable makes this possible by connecting two Yealink headsets to a single USB port on a compatible IP phone or computer. Both users can listen and speak simultaneously, enabling real-time coaching and quality monitoring in busy support environments.

• 1.8 m cable length
• Plug-and-play, no drivers required
• Gold-plated connectors for reliable signal
• USB bus-powered, no external adapter needed
• Compatible with Yealink IP phones and PCs
• Black PVC jacket with copper conductors

Why choose it

This training cable eliminates the need for complex audio splitters or additional hardware. It provides a simple, cost-effective way to enable side-by-side listening and speaking during calls. The sturdy construction and gold-plated contacts ensure clear audio and long-term durability, even with daily use in high-volume contact centers.

Ideal use cases

• New agent training with live call monitoring
• Quality assurance evaluations by supervisors
• Collaborative customer support scenarios
• Remote coaching sessions

Good to know

The cable works with any standard Yealink headset that uses an RJ9 connector. Both users can hear the caller, and both microphones are active, so the trainee can speak only when needed. No software installation is required—just plug it in and start training.
