How to use

Place the appropriate pan on a compatible stovetop burner and preheat briefly to the required temperature before adding oil or butter. Use the 24 cm pan for smaller portions and the 28 cm pan for larger quantities or when more cooking surface is needed. Monitor heat to avoid overheating; adjust burner settings according to the recipe. After cooking, allow the pans to cool slightly before cleaning according to the manufacturer’s care guidance.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the pan over medium heat, use oils with a suitable smoke point for high-temperature cooking, and avoid sudden temperature shocks such as rinsing a hot pan with cold water. Use utensils compatible with the pan surface to maintain longevity and follow the care instructions provided by the manufacturer.
