LANBERG 19" Rack Cabinet FF01-6222-23B is a 22U server and network cabinet with external dimensions of 600 x 1200 mm and black perforated front and rear doors. The enclosure is designed to accommodate standard 19-inch equipment such as servers, switches, patch panels and power distribution units. Perforated steel doors on both sides enable passive airflow through the cabinet and help maintain consistent ventilation for installed hardware. The cabinet provides a lockable enclosure for secure storage of IT equipment and supports organized cabling and accessory mounting.

Advantages

The cabinet combines a compact footprint with 22U usable mounting height, allowing efficient use of floor space in server rooms and network closets. Perforated front and rear doors enhance airflow while providing physical protection. Adjustable 19" mounting rails and removable side panels simplify equipment installation and maintenance. A lockable front and rear door add basic security, and the robust steel construction ensures stable support for rack-mounted devices.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and data closets with limited floor space
• Network switches, patch panels and small rack-mount servers
• IT infrastructure deployments requiring organized cabling
• Environments where passive ventilation and basic physical security are needed

Key specifications

• Mounting height: 22U
• External dimensions: 600 x 1200 mm (width x depth)
• Rack standard: 19-inch mounting rails (adjustable depth)
• Front and rear doors: perforated steel for airflow
• Side panels: removable for access and maintenance

How to use

Place the cabinet on a level floor surface and allow sufficient clearance for ventilation and access. Adjust the 19" mounting rails to the required depth for your equipment, then secure devices with appropriate rack screws and cage nuts. Route network and power cabling through the rear or side openings, using cable management accessories as needed to maintain order. Use the removable side panels and perforated doors to perform installation and maintenance without fully disassembling the unit. Keep weight distributed evenly across the mounting rails and follow manufacturer recommendations for maximum load per rail if provided with your hardware.

Recommendations

For improved thermal performance, position the cabinet to allow front-to-rear airflow and avoid placing heat-generating equipment without proper ventilation. Use cable management panels and PDUs to reduce strain on connections and maintain organized routing. Regularly check and tighten mounting hardware and locks, and ensure the cabinet is grounded according to site electrical safety standards.
