ACT 10 metrin yksimuotokuitu 9/125 OS2 duplex -vahvisteinen kuitukaapeli, LC-liittimillä

The ACT Singlemode Fiber Cable 10m OS2 Duplex Ruggedized with LC connectors is a 10‑meter outdoor-rated duplex fiber patch cable with two LC connectors on each end. It uses 9/125 µm singlemode (OS2) fiber and a ruggedized jacket to protect against environmental stress while maintaining low insertion loss and high return loss. Each cable is supplied with a 100% inspected end-face report and individual IL/RL test results, and features grade A fiber and UPC polish for stable singlemode performance.

Advantages

The cable offers laser-precision cleaving and UPC-polished LC terminations to ensure consistent low loss. Ruggedized construction increases durability for outdoor or industrial use, while individual IL and RL test reports and full end-face inspection provide traceable quality assurance. Grade A fiber helps maintain signal integrity over long distances.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Data center interconnects
• Telecommunications backbone links
• Outdoor and industrial network connections
• High-speed singlemode fiber applications

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Fiber type: Singlemode 9/125 µm (OS2)
• Configuration: Duplex
• Connectors: LC to LC, UPC polish
• Jacket: Ruggedized (outdoor-rated)
• Quality: Grade A fiber; laser precision cleaving
• Tests: Individual IL and RL test report; 100% end-face inspection

How to use

Handle the cable by the connector boots and avoid sharp bends below the minimum bend radius. Connect LC connectors by aligning the keyed ferrules and gently push until the latch engages. For outdoor installations, secure the cable to minimize mechanical strain and protect connectors from moisture and dirt using dust caps or appropriate enclosures. Follow standard fiber handling and safety procedures when inspecting or cleaning end faces.

Recommendations

Clean connector end-faces before mating using appropriate fiber cleaning tools and verify IL/RL if precise link performance is required. Store and route the ruggedized cable to avoid excessive tensile load or tight bending to preserve lifetime performance.
