ACT 20 m monimuotokuitu 50/125 OM3 duplex vahva kuitujohto LC-liittimillä

The ACT 20 meter Multimode 50/125 OM3 duplex ruggedized fiber cable with LC connectors is a full-duplex multimode fiber link designed for reliable high-speed data transmission in data centers and enterprise networks. The cable uses OM3 grade multimode fiber with a 50 µm core diameter and comes with LC connectors on both ends. Each cable is 20 metres long and features a ruggedized jacket for enhanced durability and environmental protection.

Advantages

Each cable includes an individual test report showing insertion loss (IL) and return loss (RL) measurements and 100% inspected end-faces. The fiber is Grade A-m with UPC polish and laser-precision cleaving to ensure consistent optical performance. The ruggedized construction increases resistance to mechanical stress and provides suitable protection for demanding installations.

Suitable for

• Data center interconnects and patching
• Enterprise LAN backbone links
• High-speed server and storage connections
• Indoor and sheltered outdoor installations

Key specifications

• Length: 20 m
• Fiber type: Multimode 50/125 OM3
• Configuration: Duplex
• Connectors: LC to LC
• Polish: UPC
• Fiber grade: A-m
• Test reports: Individual IL and RL measurements; 100% end-face inspection

How to use

Route the cable between LC-compatible transceivers or patch panels, ensuring connector end-faces remain clean before mating. Use appropriate cable management (ducts, trays, or ties) to avoid sharp bends and reduce mechanical strain. Verify connector orientation for duplex LC pairs and secure both ends in the intended ports. After installation, confirm link performance using optical test equipment and compare with the provided IL/RL report.

Recommendations

Handle connectors by the boot or housing, keep dust caps on until connection, and avoid bending the cable below the minimum bend radius. Store and operate within manufacturer-recommended temperature and humidity ranges and consult the individual test report for baseline performance verification after installation.
