How to use

Place the scanner on a stable, level surface and connect it according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Load up to 25 pages into the automatic document feeder, align the paper guides, and select duplex or simplex scanning as required. Choose the desired resolution (up to 600 x 600 DPI) and output format (PDF, JPEG or TIFF) within the scanner driver or bundled software, then start the scan. For larger or thicker originals use manual feeding if supported by the software; monitor the feed to avoid jams and remove any staples or paper clips beforehand.

Recommendations

For sustained daily scanning, follow regular maintenance: keep the feeder and glass surfaces clean, inspect and replace worn feed rollers per the service intervals, and avoid overloading the ADF beyond 25 sheets. Use standard office paper types within the scanner’s specifications and prefer PDF format with searchable OCR when archiving text documents to improve long-term usability and retrieval.
