ADF-skanneri Avision AD345GN — A4, 1200 x 1200 DPI, Duplex, 100 arkin ADF, CIS, valkoinen

The Avision AD345GN is an A4 automatic document feeder (ADF) scanner designed for daily high-volume scanning. It uses a CIS sensor with 1200 x 1200 optical DPI, supports duplex (two-sided) scanning and accepts paper and plastic cards. A 100-sheet ADF and an embedded image processor provide automatic cropping, deskewing and image enhancement. The unit includes a built-in display for direct operation and is specified for a daily duty cycle up to 10,000 pages.

Advantages

The AD345GN delivers fast duplex throughput with reliable paper handling, including an 100-sheet ADF and reverse roller feeding to reduce misfeeds. High optical resolution and 48-bit input colour depth combined with Avision's image processing allow improved image quality, automatic crop and de-skew for fewer manual adjustments. Connectivity options and bundled drivers/software (TWAIN, ISIS, Button Manager, AVScan, PaperPort) enable direct scanning to cloud services, searchable PDF creation and integration with document workflows. LED illumination reduces power consumption while supporting long-page and card scanning.

Suitable for

• Office departments requiring high-volume daily scanning
• Document digitization projects (contracts, invoices, records)
• Scanning ID and plastic cards as part of onboarding or archiving
• Workflows needing duplex scans and searchable PDF output

How to use

Place documents in the ADF tray (up to 100 sheets) and adjust guides to fit the paper width. Use the built-in display to select scan settings or launch predefined jobs via Button Manager on the connected PC to send scanned files to local folders, email or cloud services. For single cards or small batches, load cards in portrait or landscape orientation according to the feed path. The scanner will perform automatic image correction, cropping and deskewing; additional image processing and OCR can be applied using the bundled AVScan and PaperPort software with TWAIN/ISIS drivers.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, use standard weight paper (around 80 g/m²) in good condition, avoid heavily damaged or stapled documents in the ADF, and clean the CIS sensor and feed rollers per the maintenance schedule. When scanning mixed media, separate thin paper from cards or heavy stock to reduce jams. Configure Button Manager profiles for common destinations (searchable PDF, cloud folders) to streamline repeated workflows.
