AV-lähetin & vastaanotin ROLINE 14.01.3417

The ROLINE HDMI A/V system (model 14.01.3417) transmits HDMI audio and video from a source device such as a DVD player, PC/laptop or console to a display like a TV, monitor or projector using Cat.6A cable. The compact transmitter and receiver pair supports resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 @60Hz over distances up to 30 m and Full HD 1920 x 1080 @60Hz up to 45 m. The units operate from a 12 V power supply with 2 A input current and come in a black housing with compact dimensions (92 × 63 × 23 mm).

Advantages

The ROLINE AV transmitter & receiver set provides long-distance HDMI extension over a single Cat6A cable while preserving up to 4K@60Hz at shorter runs, and Full HD at longer runs. Its compact black design fits into diverse installation locations. Using industry-standard Cat6A cabling simplifies integration into existing structured-cable installations and reduces the need for multiple HDMI cables.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or laptop to a distant monitor or projector
• Extending signal from a DVD/Blu-ray player or media player to a TV up to 30–45 m
• Home theatre or small conference/meeting-room AV installations
• Digital signage setups where displays are located away from the source

How to use

Connect the HDMI output of the source device (PC, laptop, console or DVD player) to the HDMI input on the transmitter unit. Use a Cat.6A cable to connect the transmitter to the receiver unit at the display location. Connect the receiver's HDMI output to the TV, monitor or projector. Power both transmitter and receiver with the supplied 12 V power adapters (2 A). After connections are made, set the display to the correct HDMI input; the system will negotiate the maximum supported resolution automatically depending on cable length.

Recommendations

To achieve 4K@60Hz performance, use a high-quality Cat6A cable and keep the cable length at or below 30 m; for runs up to 45 m expect Full HD (1920x1080) @60Hz. Avoid running the Cat6A cable alongside high-voltage power lines and use shielded cable or proper routing in electrically noisy environments.
