BlueOptics X66260-7.5-BO InfiniBand-kuituoptinen kaapeli 7,5 m LC keltainen

The BlueOptics X66260-7.5-BO InfiniBand fibre optic cable is a 7.5 m single-mode LC-to-LC patch cable designed for high-speed data transmission in data centers and network environments. It uses G.657.A1 fibre with a 125 µm core diameter and supports full-duplex communication. The cable is engineered for connection between patch panels, optical transceivers and InfiniBand equipment and is equipped with a flame-retardant LSZH sheath for reduced smoke and no halogen release.

Advantages

This LC–LC fibre cable offers low attenuation and high return loss suitable for demanding optical links. It is manufactured with laser-optimized G.657.A1 single-mode fibre and zirconia ceramic ferrules to ensure reliable mating performance and long life. Components originate from established fibre and connector manufacturers and each cable is tested with interferometer and OTDR, supplied with measured input loss and return loss values. The LSZH outer sheath meets common industrial safety standards and reduces risk in confined installation spaces.

How to use

Route the BlueOptics LC–LC cable between the two optical ports to be connected, ensuring connectors are clean and dust caps removed immediately before insertion. Align the LC connector latch and insert until it clicks for a secure connection. Avoid tight bends and secure the cable to prevent strain on connectors; observe the minimum bend radius for single-mode G.657.A1 fibre. If required, verify link performance with appropriate optical test equipment after installation.

Recommendations

Store and handle connectors with protective caps until use, clean connector endfaces with approved cleaning tools, and avoid bending the cable below the manufacturer’s recommended radius. For critical links, use the supplied input loss and return loss measurements to confirm compliance with network requirements and re-test after installation.
