BNC-kaapeli ShiverPeaks 77515 RG (koaksiaalinen BNC-liitin, malli 77515)

BNC cable ShiverPeaks 77515 RG is a coaxial connection cable with BNC terminations designed for reliable signal transmission between devices that accept BNC connectors. The cable uses a standard RG coaxial construction to provide consistent impedance and electromagnetic shielding, suitable for video, radio-frequency and test equipment interconnection. Available in a 15.0 m length with a 50 Ω characteristic impedance, this cable is intended for installations, repairs and temporary test setups where stable electrical continuity and minimized signal loss are required.

Advantages

The cable delivers a consistent 50 ohm impedance and BNC-to-BNC connectivity for straightforward plug-and-play use with compatible devices. Its coaxial design reduces electromagnetic interference and preserves signal integrity over the 15.0 m run. Durable BNC connectors provide secure mechanical coupling and repeatable electrical contact for frequent reconnection. The cable’s specification aligns with common RG coaxial standards, making it compatible with a wide range of video, RF and measurement devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting CCTV or analog video equipment with BNC ports
• Interfacing RF test instruments, signal generators and spectrum analyzers
• Temporary or semi-permanent lab and bench setups for measurements
• Audio/video installations and repairs requiring 50 Ω coax

Key specifications

• Cable type: RG coaxial
• Connector type: BNC male to BNC male
• Characteristic impedance: 50 Ω
• Length: 15.0 m
• Typical use: video, RF and test equipment interconnection

How to use

Connect each BNC connector to the corresponding BNC jack on the source and destination devices until the bayonet coupling clicks into place. Ensure the equipment is powered down when connecting or disconnecting to avoid transients. Route the cable to minimize sharp bends, kinks or close parallel runs with high-current power lines to maintain signal integrity. For longer installations, verify impedance matching across the signal chain to reduce reflections and loss.

Recommendations

Inspect connector ends before use and clean contacts if necessary. Avoid repeated tight bending at the connector junctions and store the cable coiled loosely to prolong service life. When using for RF measurements, keep length and routing consistent with calibration references.
