Capelli d'angelo & trenette -lisäosa Marcato AC-150-TRE kromi alumiini

The Marcato AC-150-TRE Chrome Aluminium attachment is designed to produce Capelli d'angelo and trenette pasta shapes with a home pasta maker. Made from chrome-plated aluminium, the accessory fits compatible Marcato machines and provides consistent strand width and uniform cutting for thin and flat pasta types. The unit is shaped to guide dough through precise cutting rollers, enabling reliable results for delicate and regional pasta varieties.

Advantages

The chrome-plated aluminium construction offers corrosion resistance and a smooth surface that reduces dough sticking and eases cleaning. Precision-cutting edges deliver uniform strands with minimal tearing, while the compact form factor allows convenient attachment and storage. The design minimizes wear on dough sheets, helping retain dough texture and producing even, restaurant-quality pasta at home.

Suitable for

• Home cooks preparing homemade Capelli d'angelo (angel hair) and trenette
• Small-batch pasta production and recipe testing
• Users of compatible Marcato pasta machines seeking additional cutter shapes
• Cooking classes and demonstrations focused on traditional Italian pasta

Key specifications

• Material: chrome-plated aluminium for durability and low adhesion
• Output: cuts thin strands (angel hair) and flat narrow ribbons (trenette)
• Compatibility: designed for use with Marcato manual and compatible pasta rollers
• Finish: polished surface for easy cleaning and reduced dough residue
• Weight and size: compact and lightweight for simple mounting and storage

How to use

Attach the Marcato Capelli d'angelo & trenette cutter to the front of the compatible Marcato roller according to the machine instructions. Pass well-rested, rolled dough sheets through the cutter at a steady pace to obtain even strands or ribbons. If needed, dust the dough lightly with semolina or flour to separate strands and prevent sticking. Collect cut pasta on a drying rack or flat surface and allow it to rest briefly before cooking or long-term drying.

Recommendations

Use dough with an appropriate hydration and rest time for thin pasta types to avoid tearing. Clean the attachment by brushing off flour and dried dough; avoid prolonged contact with water to preserve the chrome-plated aluminium finish. Store the cutter in a dry place and handle with care to maintain cutting edges and alignment.
