Conteg asennusyksikkö 6-tuuletinmoduulille kaapin syvyys 800mm

Server rooms and data centers often struggle with heat buildup inside deep enclosures, where stagnant air can shorten hardware lifespan and cause unexpected shutdowns. The CONTEG DP-VER-06-H roof-mounted fan module solves this by actively exhausting hot air from the top of 800mm deep cabinets, maintaining a stable thermal environment for critical IT equipment.

Who is it for

This fan unit is intended for IT administrators, data center managers, and system integrators who need reliable active cooling for standard 19-inch server racks with a depth of 800mm. It is especially useful in environments where passive ventilation is insufficient, such as high-density server installations, network closets, or industrial enclosures.

Main features

• Six high-performance axial fans deliver a combined airflow of 1100 m³/h, quickly removing warm air from the cabinet interior.
• Designed for roof mounting on 800mm deep cabinets, ensuring a perfect fit and straightforward installation.
• Operates on standard 230V AC power (50/60Hz) with a low power consumption of 120W, making it energy-efficient.
• Robust steel housing with a black RAL 9005 finish blends seamlessly with most rack enclosures.
• Fixed-speed operation for simple, maintenance-free cooling without complex controls.
• Noise level of 52 dB(A) is acceptable for typical server room environments.
• IEC C14 power connector allows easy connection to common rack power distribution units.
• IP20 protection class is suitable for indoor use in controlled environments.
• CE and RoHS certified, ensuring compliance with European safety and environmental standards.

Tips

Before installation, verify that your cabinet has a roof cutout or mounting points compatible with the module. Always disconnect power before servicing the fans. For optimal airflow, ensure the cabinet's front door provides adequate air intake and that cable management does not obstruct the exhaust path. Periodic cleaning of fan blades and grilles will maintain performance and extend the unit's lifespan.
