Delock USB 2.0 -kameramoduuli Global Shutter -sulkimella, musta/valkoinen, 0,92 MP, 65°, 6 IR-LEDiä, kiinteä tarkennus 96412

In industrial machine vision and security installations, capturing fast-moving objects without motion blur is critical. The Delock 96412 USB 2.0 camera module with global shutter delivers sharp monochrome images at up to 60 fps, making it ideal for automated inspection, barcode reading, and low-light surveillance. Its compact design and 1.5 m cable allow flexible mounting in tight spaces, while six IR LEDs provide illumination in complete darkness.

Key specifications

• Sensor: 1/4" CMOS, 0.92 Megapixel (1280 x 720)
• Shutter: Global shutter for distortion-free capture of moving objects
• Frame rate: 60 fps at full resolution
• Interface: USB 2.0 Type-A, UVC compliant
• Field of view: 65° fixed focus lens
• Illumination: 6 x IR LEDs for night vision
• Output: Monochrome (black/white)
• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Operating voltage: 5 V DC, max. 200 mA
• Operating temperature: -20 °C to 70 °C

Why choose it

Unlike rolling shutter cameras, the global shutter captures the entire frame simultaneously, eliminating skew and wobble when imaging fast processes. The monochrome sensor enhances sensitivity and contrast, especially under IR illumination. UVC support means no driver installation—simply connect to a Windows, Linux, or macOS system and start capturing. The robust operating temperature range allows deployment in harsh environments.

Ideal use cases

• Industrial quality control and part inspection
• High-speed barcode and QR code scanning
• Security and surveillance in low-light or IR-lit areas
• Robotics and automated guided vehicles (AGVs)
• Embedded vision systems and kiosks

Good to know

The camera module is supplied with a 1.5 m USB cable and can be mounted via its integrated bracket. It draws power directly from the USB port, so no external power supply is needed. For best results in dark environments, position the IR LEDs to avoid reflections from glossy surfaces. The fixed focus lens is factory-set for a working distance of approximately 30 cm to infinity, ensuring sharp images without adjustment.
