F-puristin Bessey EZM30-6 30 cm muovi teräs musta oranssi

The Bessey EZM30-6 is a one-handed F-clamp with a 30 cm clamping width designed for general workshop and DIY clamping tasks. It combines a fibreglass-reinforced polyamide top and bottom with hardened steel profiled rails and a two-component plastic handle to provide reliable, lightweight operation for holding wood, metal, and composite workpieces.

Advantages

The clamp offers quick single-handed use with a pump lever positioned behind the rail for access from either side and an integrated release handle in the grip for fast adjustment and release. Plastic protective caps include a cross prism to secure round, pointed, and angular workpieces, and the clamp head can be converted from clamping to spreading. The construction uses durable materials—fibreglass-reinforced polyamide for the housing and hardened, tempered, and burnished steel for the rails—while the plastic housing protects the grip mechanism from dust and chips.

Suitable for

• Holding and securing workpieces for gluing or assembly
• Light to medium clamping in woodworking and metalworking
• Single-handed clamping in confined spaces or for repetitive tasks

Key specifications

• Clamping width: 300 mm
• Clamping force: model range up to several hundred to a few thousand newtons (see product family for exact values)
• Material: fibreglass-reinforced polyamide housing, tempered and burnished steel rails, two-component plastic handle
• Weight: approximately 380 g
• One-handed operation with pump lever and integrated release

How to use

Place the fixed jaw against one side of the workpiece and slide the movable jaw close to the opposite side. Use the pump lever to increase clamping pressure until the workpiece is held securely. To release or adjust the sliding bar, press the release handle integrated in the grip. For spreading applications, convert the top section from clamping to spreading before applying force.

Recommendations

Use the clamp within its rated clamping width and avoid applying impact loads. Keep the profiled rails clean and free of chips to maintain smooth sliding action, and store the clamp in a dry place to protect the plastic housing and steel components.
