F-puristin BESSEY TW28-30-12-2K

The BESSEY TW28-30-12-2K F-clamp offers a 30 cm opening and a robust stainless-steel construction with a black and red finish. Weighing approximately 1.68 kg, this clamp is engineered to provide secure, reliable holding force for workpieces in woodworking, metalworking and assembly tasks. The F-clamp design delivers stable pressure across a broad contact area and is suitable for securing parts during cutting, gluing, drilling and fitting operations.

Advantages

The clamp's stainless-steel components provide corrosion resistance and long-term durability while the ergonomic handle and smooth spindle mechanism allow precise adjustment of clamping pressure. Its 30 cm opening accommodates medium-sized boards and assemblies, and the flat clamping faces distribute force evenly to reduce workpiece deformation. The black and red finish improves visibility in a workshop environment and the overall weight contributes to a sturdy, vibration-resistant feel during use.

Suitable for

• Woodworking: panel assembly, gluing and edge joining
• Metalworking: holding parts for drilling, filing and welding preparation
• DIY projects: furniture repair, fixture assembly and general home workshop tasks
• Workshop setups: temporary jigs and fixtures where steady clamping is required

Key specifications

• Maximum opening: 30 cm
• Material: stainless steel main components
• Finish: black and red
• Weight: approximately 1.68 kg
• Type: F-clamp with flat clamping faces

How to use

Position the clamp so the fixed jaw is aligned with one side of the workpiece and the adjustable jaw is on the opposite side. Turn the spindle or handle to advance the sliding jaw until it contacts the workpiece, then tighten to the required pressure while monitoring alignment to avoid shifting. For glue-ups or delicate materials, apply even, moderate force and use protective pads if necessary to prevent surface damage. Release the clamp by reversing the spindle motion and slide the jaw away from the workpiece when finished.

Recommendations

Use the clamp on clean, dry surfaces and inspect the clamping faces regularly for burrs or debris. When clamping softer materials, place protective pads between the clamp faces and the workpiece to prevent marking. Store the clamp in a dry location to maintain the stainless-steel finish and check moving parts periodically for smooth operation and any signs of wear.
