FISCHER 16 tuuman (40,64 cm) polkupyörän rengas, leveys 1,75

FISCHER 16 inch (40.64 cm) 1.75 width bicycle tire is designed for bicycles fitted with 16" wheels, commonly used on children's bikes and some compact adult models. The tire offers a standard tread profile intended for everyday riding on paved roads and light unpaved surfaces. It is supplied as a replacement or spare tire and is compatible with rims that accept 16-inch tires of the specified width.

Advantages

This FISCHER tire combines a balanced tread design with a moderate 1.75-inch width to provide predictable handling and reliable road contact. The construction facilitates straightforward mounting on compatible rims and delivers stable rolling resistance for routine urban and recreational cycling. Materials and casing design prioritize durability for regular use while keeping weight and bulk appropriate for small-wheel bicycle applications.

Suitable for

• Children's bicycles with 16" wheels
• Compact or folding bicycles that use 16" wheels
• Replacement or spare tire for everyday commuting and leisure rides
• Paved roads, sidewalks, bike paths and light gravel or packed dirt surfaces

Key specifications

• Wheel diameter: 16 inches (40.64 cm)
• Nominal width: 1.75 inches
• Tread type: standard road/recreational profile
• Intended use: everyday urban and light off-road riding
• Compatibility: rims designed for 16" tires with corresponding bead seat

How to use

Before mounting, check the rim diameter and bead seat compatibility to ensure correct fitment for a 16" tire of 1.75-inch width. Inspect the tire for any manufacturing protection strips and orient the tread according to directional markings if present. Use appropriate tire levers and follow safe inflation guidelines: inflate gradually to the pressure range recommended by the bicycle or rim manufacturer, avoiding overinflation. After mounting, spin the wheel to verify clearance from frame and brake components and perform a brief test ride to confirm alignment and pressure.

Recommendations

Maintain recommended inflation pressure within the range suitable for rider weight and load to ensure optimal rolling performance and puncture resistance. Regularly inspect the tread and sidewalls for wear, cuts or embedded debris, and replace the tire when tread depth or damage compromises safety. Use inner tubes sized for 16" tires and matching width to ensure proper fit.
