Polkupyörän rengas FISCHER 85001 — 28" puhkaisunkestävä

Bicycle tire FISCHER 85001 — 28 inch puncture resistant is a 28-inch tyre created for daily urban cycling and commuting. It features a puncture-resistant construction and a tread profile balanced for low rolling resistance and dependable grip on paved surfaces. The tyre is suitable for standard 28" bicycle rims and is intended to offer durable performance with reduced risk of flats during regular city rides and longer commutes.

Advantages

The tyre’s puncture-resistant layer helps lower the chance of flats without significantly increasing weight, while the tread compound and pattern are optimized for efficient rolling and steady traction on asphalt. Its construction provides consistent contact with the road for stable handling and predictable braking. The design supports straightforward mounting on compatible rims and is engineered for everyday use with enhanced durability and service life compared to non-reinforced tyres.

Suitable for

• City and commuter bicycles used for daily transport
• Urban roads, bike lanes and paved paths
• Commuting rides and medium-distance urban cycling
• Riders seeking reduced risk of punctures and reliable rolling performance

Key specifications

• Tire diameter: 28 inch
• Puncture-resistant construction
• Tread type: street/urban profile for low rolling resistance
• Suitable rim type: standard 28" rims
• Intended use: city and commuter cycling

How to use

Install the tyre on a compatible 28" rim following standard tyre-mounting procedures: check rim compatibility, inspect tyre bead and rim edge for damage, seat the tyre evenly, and inflate to the manufacturer’s recommended pressure range printed on the tyre sidewall. Ensure the tyre directional tread (if present) is oriented correctly relative to wheel rotation. After installation, spin the wheel to verify even seating and check for any bulges or irregularities before riding.

Recommendations

Maintain the tyre by keeping it inflated within the recommended pressure range, inspect the tread regularly for cuts or embedded debris, and replace the tyre when tread wear or sidewall damage compromises safety. For optimal puncture protection, pair the tyre with proper inner tubes and consider carrying a repair kit for extended trips.
