Hallitsematon kytkin GEMBIRD NSW-G8-01 – 8× Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000), valkoinen, DC 5V

The Gembird NSW-G8-01 is an unmanaged 8-port Gigabit Ethernet switch that provides eight 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 ports for wired network connections. It complies with IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3u, IEEE 802.3ab and IEEE 802.3x standards, supports full and half duplex modes with auto-negotiation, and includes a power adapter. The compact white housing and plug-and-play operation make it suitable for simple home and small office networks that require reliable wired connectivity without configuration.

Advantages

Provides eight Gigabit Ethernet ports for simultaneous high-speed wired connections. Auto-MDI/MDI-X on all ports removes the need for crossover cables. Full/half duplex support and auto-negotiation ensure compatibility with various network devices. Unmanaged design requires no configuration, allowing quick installation and immediate use.

Suitable for

• Home network expansion for wired devices (PCs, NAS, printers)
• Small office connections with multiple wired endpoints
• Connecting network devices where simple plug-and-play switching is needed

How to use

Place the switch on a flat, stable surface near a power outlet and the devices to be connected. Connect the included power adapter to the switch and plug it into the mains. Use standard Ethernet cables (Cat5e or higher recommended) to connect your router, computers, NAS or other devices to any of the eight RJ45 ports. The switch is unmanaged and operates plug-and-play; connected devices will auto-negotiate link speed and duplex settings.

Recommendations

For best performance, use Cat5e or Cat6 cables and connect high-bandwidth devices to separate ports. Ensure adequate ventilation around the switch and place it away from strong electromagnetic sources. This device is intended for indoor use in home and small office environments.
