Puhelinkaapeli S-Impuls 70002-10, 10 m, TAE-F - RJ-45, musta

The S-Impuls 70002-10 telephone cable is a 10 m connection lead with a TAE-F plug on one end and an RJ-45 plug on the other, intended for use in home and office telephony setups where TAE-F to RJ-45 wiring is required. The cable has a black outer jacket that provides basic mechanical protection and easy routing along walls or desks. Its length allows flexible placement of telephony devices and adapters while maintaining a single fixed connection between a TAE-F socket and equipment using an RJ-45 interface.

Advantages

The cable offers a straightforward TAE-F to RJ-45 connection without the need for adapters or rewiring, simplifying installation of phones, fax machines, and VoIP adapters. With a 10 m length, it reduces the need for additional extenders and provides room for device placement. The black jacket conceals the cable in typical indoor environments and resists minor abrasion and bending during regular use.

Suitable for

• Connecting a telephone or fax to an adapter or patch panel that accepts RJ-45
• Linking telephony equipment in home offices, small offices or reception areas
• Routing a fixed phone connection across rooms where wall outlets use TAE-F

Key specifications

• Cable length: 10 m
• Connector A: TAE-F (male)
• Connector B: RJ-45 (male)
• Outer jacket colour: black
• Typical indoor use, intended for voice/telephony signalling

How to use

Insert the TAE-F plug into the corresponding TAE-F wall socket or device inlet and insert the RJ-45 plug into the RJ-45 port on the telephone device, adapter, or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully seated until a tactile click or secure fit is achieved. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching; use cable clips or ties if necessary to secure the run along skirting boards or furniture. If the connected equipment requires power or network configuration, complete those steps according to the device manuals after the physical connection is in place.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines or sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Keep bend radius gentle (do not sharply fold or crease the cable) and avoid stretching the cable under tension. Periodically inspect connectors for dust or corrosion and clean gently if needed before reconnecting.
