Hiomapaperi Metabo tarrakiinnitys 100 x 150 mm P 120 9 reikää

The Metabo Hook and loop sanding sheet 100 x 150 mm P 120 with 9 holes is intended for manual and machine sanding of metal and wood surfaces. The medium P 120 grit provides balanced material removal and surface refinement, while the nine-hole pattern aligns with compatible sanders to support effective dust extraction. The hook and loop backing ensures quick attachment and stable seating on sanding pads, and the pack contains ten sheets for repeated jobs.

Advantages

These sanding sheets combine a consistent abrasive grain with an open-hole layout that reduces clogging and improves dust collection when used with extraction-capable sanders. The hook and loop fastening allows fast replacement and secure hold during operation. The P 120 grit is suitable for intermediate sanding steps, removing minor imperfections while preparing surfaces for further finishing.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing painted or bare wood before finishing
• Surface preparation of metal parts prior to priming or painting
• Intermediate sanding between coats of filler or lacquer
• General-purpose abrasive tasks with compatible 100 x 150 mm orbital sanders

Key specifications

• Dimensions: 100 x 150 mm
• Abrasive grit: P 120 (medium)
• Dust extraction: 9-hole pattern for improved vacuum removal
• Attachment: hook and loop backing for quick fitting
• Pack quantity: 10 sheets per pack

How to use

Select a compatible 100 x 150 mm sanding pad with matching hole pattern and press the sheet onto the pad until the hook and loop backing engages. When sanding wood, move the sander along the grain where possible and maintain even pressure. For metal surfaces, use steady, overlapping passes to achieve a uniform finish. Replace the sheet when abrasiveness decreases or the surface becomes clogged, and ensure dust extraction is connected during use to maintain performance.

Recommendations

Use P 120 sheets for intermediate smoothing and surface leveling; for coarse material removal start with a lower grit, and for final finishing switch to higher grits. Keep the sanding surface clean of large debris and use dust extraction to extend sheet life and maintain a cleaner working environment.
