Sanding sheets KWB 818018 accessory pack includes five 115 x 100 mm sheets made of aluminium oxide abrasive on a phenolic resin bond with a strong backing and hook-and-loop fabric for quick attachment. The sheets are punched for use with orbital sanders that have hook-and-loop bases and dust extraction, and are suitable for sanding both wood and metal surfaces. Grit: 180. Colour: brown.

Advantages

How to use

Attach a sanding sheet to the hook-and-loop pad of a compatible orbital sander, ensuring the punched holes align with the sander's dust extraction ports. Start with light pressure and move the sander steadily across the surface to achieve even material removal. Replace sheets as they wear to maintain consistent sanding performance.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask. Test on a small area before full application and avoid excessive pressure to prevent premature wear of the abrasive.
