Poly Sync 40+ is a universal speakerphone with USB and Bluetooth connectivity designed for flexible and huddle rooms. It delivers wideband audio (75–20000 Hz) and uses a multi-microphone array with full-duplex audio to ensure clear two-way conversations. The device supports wired and wireless operation, offers up to 30 hours of talk time from its 5000 mAh lithium-ion battery, and is Zoom certified for straightforward meeting use.

Advantages

The speakerphone focuses pickup with a multi-microphone array and reduces background noise and echo, while full-duplex audio enables natural conversations even when participants speak simultaneously. It supports both USB and Bluetooth connections (A2DP, HFP) for flexible deployment. Battery-powered operation and the option to pair two units wirelessly expand meeting coverage. Remote device management simplifies inventory tracking and firmware updates.

How to use

Connect the Poly Sync 40+ to a computer via USB or pair it with a mobile device using Bluetooth. Place the unit centrally on the meeting table to optimise microphone pickup. For larger rooms, wirelessly pair two units to extend coverage. Charge the device using the supplied cable and monitor battery level before long meetings.

Recommendations

For best results, position the speakerphone away from direct HVAC vents and large reflective surfaces to reduce noise and echo. Use remote device management tools to keep firmware up to date and to manage multiple units centrally.
