InfiniBand-kuitu-kaapeli GRAFENTHAL GTOM4MPOUMPOU01000 10 m MPO OFC violetti

The GRAFENTHAL GTOM4MPOUMPOU01000 is a 10 m InfiniBand fibre optic cable with OM4 multimode fibre and MPO female connectors at both ends. Constructed from OFC (optical fibre cable) with UPC-polished connectors and a low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) jacket, this violet cable is intended for high-speed data transmission in data centres and network installations.

Advantages

The cable combines OM4 multimode fibre performance with MPO-to-MPO connectivity for parallel high-bandwidth links. UPC-polished connectors ensure low return loss, while the LSZH jacket reduces toxic emissions and smoke in enclosed environments. The 10 m length offers flexibility for rack-to-rack or equipment-to-equipment connections.

Suitable for

• InfiniBand and high-speed networking links
• Data centre rack-to-rack connections
• Parallel fibre applications using MPO connector ecosystems
• Short- to medium-reach multimode links

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OM4 multimode (OFC)
• Length: 10 m
• Connector A: MPO female (UPC polish)
• Connector B: MPO female (UPC polish)
• Jacket: Low smoke zero halogen (LSZH)
• Colour: Violet

How to use

Connect the MPO female connectors to compatible MPO ports on transceivers or patch panels, ensuring correct alignment of the MPO key and proper mating of the connector housing. Use appropriate cable management to avoid excessive bending; follow equipment vendor guidelines for MPO polarity and channel mapping when integrating into parallel fibre links.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, inspect MPO endfaces before installation and clean with recommended fibre cleaning tools. Maintain bend radius limits specified for multimode OM4 cables and avoid crushing or sharp kinks. Use this cable within data centre environments where LSZH jackets are required.
