Iskuporakone Metabo SBE 650 — 650 W, 13 mm istukka

The Metabo SBE 650 is an impact drill with a 650 W motor and a 13 mm keyed chuck designed for general drilling and light hammer-drilling tasks in wood, metal and masonry. The tool combines straightforward operation and a compact, balanced housing to deliver reliable performance for DIY projects and occasional professional jobs where a 13 mm chuck capacity is required. The drill accepts standard accessories and is intended for users who need a practical, easy-to-handle drill for everyday tasks.

Advantages

The compact 650 W motor provides consistent drilling power while keeping the tool lightweight and manageable for extended use. The keyed 13 mm chuck ensures secure clamping of drill bits and accessories suitable for a range of materials. Simple controls and a compact design make the drill easy to handle in confined spaces. The impact function broadens the drill’s capabilities to include light masonry work in addition to conventional wood and metal drilling.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in wood for furniture assembly and joinery
• Drilling and fastening tasks in metal, such as light fabrication or repairs
• Light hammer-drilling in masonry for fixing anchors, plugs or small fasteners
• General household maintenance and DIY renovation tasks

Key specifications

• Rated input power: 650 W
• Chuck type: keyed 13 mm
• Functions: rotary drilling and impact (hammer) drilling
• Tool design: compact, handheld with ergonomic grip
• Suitable materials: wood, metal, masonry (light-duty)

How to use

Select the appropriate drill bit and secure it in the 13 mm keyed chuck using the chuck key. Choose the operating mode—rotary for wood and metal, impact (hammer) mode for light masonry—and set a suitable drill speed and feed pressure for the material. Hold the drill with both hands where possible for stability, align the bit with the mark, and start drilling at low speed to create a pilot point before increasing speed. Release pressure once the hole is complete and allow the bit to stop rotating before removing it from the material. When changing accessories or performing maintenance, disconnect the power supply first.

Recommendations

Use appropriate drill bits designed for the target material and apply steady, moderate pressure to avoid overloading the motor. For prolonged drilling in dense materials, allow periodic pauses to prevent overheating. Wear eye protection, hearing protection and suitable gloves during operation. For masonry applications, start with a small pilot hole and increase bit size gradually. Keep the keyed chuck clean and periodically check and tighten the chuck with the key to maintain secure gripping of bits.
