Jatkojohto Bachmann H05VV-F 3G1.5 356.918 — 3-johdin 1,5 mm²

Bachmann H05VV-F 3G1.5 extension cable is a three-core flexible mains cable with a conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm², intended for indoor power distribution and light-duty extension tasks. The cable meets typical H05VV-F construction characteristics: flexible PVC insulation and sheath suitable for general household and workshop environments. It is designed to connect appliances, tools and other electrical devices where a 3-core 1.5 mm² cable is appropriate.

Advantages

The flexible construction allows easier routing and handling compared with rigid wiring, while the 1.5 mm² conductor cross-section provides stable conductivity for many small to medium electrical loads. PVC insulation and sheath offer basic mechanical protection and resistance to normal indoor conditions. The three-core configuration includes an earth conductor, enabling safe connection of earthed appliances and improving user safety during operation. The cable is manufactured to the H05VV-F specification, which is commonly used for extension leads and indoor connections.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Temporary indoor extension leads for household appliances
• Powering portable tools with moderate current draw
• Connecting lamps, audio-visual equipment and office devices
• Replacing or extending wiring for light-duty electrical setups

Key specifications

• Conductor configuration: 3 cores (live, neutral, earth)
• Conductor cross-section: 1.5 mm²
• Insulation and sheath material: PVC (flexible)
• Cable type: H05VV-F (harmonised flexible mains cable)
• Intended use: indoor, general-purpose extension and connection

How to use

Cut the cable to the required length and strip the outer sheath and conductor insulation to the appropriate extent for the chosen connectors or fittings, observing recommended stripping dimensions for secure terminations. Ensure correct identification and connection of live, neutral and earth conductors according to local wiring colour codes and standards. Use suitable plugs, sockets or cable glands rated for the expected current and environment. Avoid sharp bends, kinks and mechanical stress on the conductors; provide strain relief at termination points.

Recommendations

Use this H05VV-F 3G1.5 cable for indoor and temporary power extension only; it is not intended for fixed outdoor installations, direct burial, or areas with elevated temperatures or chemical exposure. Verify the expected load does not exceed the current-carrying capacity of 1.5 mm² conductors and follow local electrical regulations for earthing and protection.
