K2 Systems SingleRail 36 2,4m alumiininen aurinkopaneeliasennuskisko

The K2 SingleRail 36 stands apart from generic mounting profiles by integrating a cable channel directly into the rail geometry, enabling a cleaner roof layout without extra conduit. At 2.4 metres long and only 36 mm high, it offers a low-profile, roof-parallel foundation for photovoltaic modules on pitched roofs, engineered for the K2 SingleRail System.

Highlights

• Extruded from EN AW-6063 T66 aluminium for high corrosion resistance and long-term weather durability
• Integrated cable channel keeps DC wiring organised and protected from UV and mechanical stress
• Optimised cross-section for static loads, reducing deflection under module weight and snow loads
• Fully compatible with K2 Climber, CrossHook, clamps, and rail connectors for fast, secure assembly
• Mill finish natural aluminium blends with most roof environments and requires no additional coating

In daily use

Installers appreciate the SingleRail 36 for its predictable handling: at approximately 1.7 kg per metre, a 2.4 m section weighs just over 4 kg, making it easy to lift and position on the roof. The integrated channel eliminates the need for separate cable clips, saving time and reducing potential failure points. The rail is designed to be mounted on K2 roof hooks or hanger bolts, ensuring a stable connection to the roof structure. Its 40 mm width provides ample surface for module clamps, while the 36 mm height keeps the array close to the roof for a streamlined appearance.
