The ShiverPeaks BS72050-5 wire connector is a white male RJ-12 connector supplied in packs of five and intended for creating reliable telephone and data wiring terminations. Designed for compatibility with 6P6C RJ-12 sockets and jacks, this connector provides a standardized interface for telephone handsets, PBX lines, and other low-voltage communication wiring. The compact form and solid housing support repeated insertions and stable electrical contact in residential and commercial installations.

Advantages

This RJ-12 male connector features durable construction to maintain consistent contact resistance and minimize signal loss over time. Its white finish offers a neutral appearance that blends into most installations. Supplied in a five-piece pack, the set simplifies replacement and small-scale wiring projects. The connector’s standard pin layout and dimensions ensure broad compatibility with RJ-12 outlets and modular cabling.

Suitable for

• Telephone handset and wall jack connections
• Small PBX and voice communication lines
• DIY home telephone wiring and repairs
• Low-voltage data or sensor connections using RJ-12 pinout

Key specifications

• Connector type: male RJ-12 (6P6C) compatible
• Color: white
• Pack quantity: 5 pieces
• Housing: rigid plastic for mechanical durability
• Contact type: gold or nickel-plated contacts for reliable conductivity (typical for this connector class)

How to use

Strip the cable jacket and arrange conductors to match the required RJ-12 pinout before inserting them into the connector. Insert conductors fully into the connector body and secure them by crimping with an appropriate RJ-12 crimp tool or by using the connector’s fastening method if applicable. After crimping, test continuity and polarity with a cable tester or by connecting to the target device to verify correct wiring and secure contacts. Replace any connector that shows signs of corrosion or poor contact.

Recommendations

For reliable installations, use a matched crimping tool rated for RJ-12 (6P6C) connectors and verify pin alignment before final installation. Avoid exposing the connectors to excessive moisture or mechanical stress to maintain long-term performance.
